Printer Operation when an Error Occurs

The printer executes the following operations when detecting an error.

● Stops all printer operations.

● Goes BUSY (when DIP switch 2-1 is off).

● Blinks the ERROR LED.

Data Receive Error (only with the serial interface model)

If one of the following errors occurs during serial interface communications, the printer prints

“?” or ignores the data, depending on the setting of DIP switch 1-1.

● Parity error

● Framing error

● Overrun error
