4. Carefully pull down the jammed paper. Be careful not to damage the
print head, in case the carriage has stopped over the paper.
Once the paper is removed, you see the message
TURN PRINTER PWR
OFF AND ON
on the control panel.
5. Close the front cover, if necessary, then press the
Power button to turn
the printer off. Wait a few seconds, then press it again to turn the printer
back on.
6. Make sure the
Paper Out light is on and LOAD PAPER is displayed on
the control panel. Then reload your paper.
